Agronomy Major
A three-year programme leading to a Diploma (D3) in Palm Oil Processing Technology, specialising in Plantation Management, offered by the Institut Teknologi dan Sains Bandung (ITSB), Cikarang.
Graduates of this programme are trained to become skilled Agronomy Assistants with primary responsibilities in managing and overseeing palm oil plantations at Sinar Mas Agribusiness and Food. This includes tasks such as nursery management, planting, fertilisation, and harvesting.

Scholarship benefits:

Requirements:
- Graduates of SMA/MAN IPA or SMK PERTANIAN/SPP/SPMA.
- Minimum height 165 cm with proportional body weight.
- No colour blindness (either total or partial).
- Successfully pass all selection stages conducted by Sinar Mas Agribusiness and Food and ITSB.
- Pass the medical examination.
Important notes:
- The scholarship does not cover living expenses (meals and accommodation) in Jakarta.
- After graduation, scholarship recipients who choose to work at Sinar Mas Agribusiness and Food will be required to serve a five-year employment bond.
- Scholarship recipients must be willing to be placed in any Sinar Mas Agribusiness and Food plantation location.
