Mill Major
A three-year programme leading to a Diploma (D3) in Palm Oil Processing Technology, with a focus on Mill Operations at the Institut Teknologi dan Sains Bandung (ITSB), Cikarang.
Graduates of this programme are trained to become competent Mill Assistants with primary responsibilities in managing and overseeing the operational activities of palm oil mills at Sinar Mas Agribusiness and Food. Responsibilities include overseeing production processes, maintenance, electrical systems, and laboratory management.

Scholarship benefits:
- Full tuition fees for the duration of the programme.
- Opportunity for 10 students with the highest GPA each semester to receive support for living expenses.

Requirements:
- Graduates of SMA/MAN IPA or SMK MECHANICAL/ELECTRICAL.
- Minimum height 165 cm with proportional body weight.
- No colour blindness (either total or partial).
- Successfully pass all selection stages conducted by Sinar Mas Agribusiness and Food and ITSB.
- Pass the medical examination.
Important notes:
- The scholarship does not cover living expenses (meals and accommodation) in Jakarta.
- After graduation, scholarship recipients who choose to work at Sinar Mas Agribusiness and Food will be required to serve a five-year employment bond.
- Scholarship recipients must be willing to be placed in any Sinar Mas Agribusiness and Food plantation location.
