ISPO certification
The Indonesian Sustainable Palm Oil (ISPO) Scheme adopted by Indonesia’s Ministry of Agriculture aims to improve the competitiveness of the Indonesian palm oil on the global market, as well as reduce greenhouse gases emissions and address environmental issues.
As a major player and employer in Indonesia’s palm oil industry, PT SMART Tbk (SMART) is an early adopter and supporter of the government’s ISPO scheme.
