The SIAL InterFOOD 2024 event is more than just a product exhibition; it serves as a platform to explore the latest innovations in the food and beverage industry. This year, the exhibition will highlight innovation and sustainability, two crucial elements that are increasingly capturing the attention of consumers and businesses worldwide.
PT SMART Tbk, through its MarSho (Margarine & Shortening) division, is once again participating in this major event. The main focus this year aligns with Sinar Mas’s booth theme, “Modern Margarine & Shortening – When Taste & Health Go Along in Harmony.” Sinar Mas’s margarine and shortening products are guaranteed to be trans fat-free, making them safe for all to enjoy. Additionally, in 2024, PT SMART Tbk, through its MarSho division, launched a vegan margarine product, Palmboom® Cake Margarine Vegan. It is Indonesia’s first vegan margarine, also trans fat-free, allowing the enjoyment of delicious bakery creations to be aligned with a healthy lifestyle.
The InterFOOD event will take place from November 13–16, 2024, at JIEXPO Kemayoran, Jakarta, where the Sinar Mas booth, located in HALL D – DF 019, will feature various exciting activities throughout the exhibition, including:
- Attractive discounts on various margarine and shortening products from brands FILMA®, Palmboom®, and PALMVITA®
- Daily baking demos showcasing trending recipes that can inspire the bakery, culinary industry, and small to medium enterprises (SMEs)
- Tasting sessions of cakes, cookies, and fried items demonstrated each day, along with complimentary coffee available at the Sinar Mas booth in Hall D – DF 019
- A photobooth competition with attractive prizes for lucky Instagram followers of @smartplusprof who meet the contest requirements.
With the theme “Modern Margarine & Shortening: When Taste & Health Go Along in Harmony,” Sinar Mas aims to emphasise the importance of balancing taste and health in the world of bakery and culinary arts at SIAL InterFOOD 2024. This event is not just an exhibition but also a platform for innovation, education, and collaboration.
