Ingredients A:

• 20 gr FILMA® Prestige Margarine (melted)
• 40 gr Egg White
• 40 gr Honey
• 20 gr Powdered Sugar

Ingredients B:

•  20 gr Almond Flour
• 120 gr Slices Almond
• 1 gr Salt

Instructions:

1. Mix all ingredients A until dissolved. Add ingredients B and mix until well combined..
2. Shape the dough into circles with a diameter of 6 cm, flatten them, and bake in an oven at 130°C for 45 – 60 minutes until cooked and crispy.
