Ingredients A :

• 130 g FILMA® Prestige (Butter Blend Margarine)
• 70 g Powdered sugar

Ingredients B : 

• 2 Egg Yolks

Ingredients C :

• 2 g Baking Powder
• 2 g Baking Soda
• 12 g Cornstarch
• 20 g Powdered Milk
• 225 g All-purpose Flour (Medium Protein)

Ingredients D :

• 2 Egg Yolks

Instructions :

1. Beat ingredients A at medium speed (I use speed 4) for 4 minutes.
2. Add ingredient B and beat again for 1 minute.
3. Add ingredient C and mix thoroughly.
4. Roll the dough to a thickness of 7mm, then cut with a butter cookie cutter.
5. Place the cookies on a baking sheet lined with non-stick parchment paper, then brush with egg yolk and sprinkle with granulated sugar.
6. Bake at 120°C for 40 minutes.
